General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Article 1 – PURPOSE
Danliss offers for sale on the Website its products, including tattoo care products such as enhancer & protector sticks (hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)”).
The owner and/or publisher is Danliss.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define and detail the rights and obligations of Danliss and Buyers wishing to make a purchase on the Website. - Article 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTC apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of Products on the Danliss website.
Any order placed online constitutes an offer to purchase governed by these GTC, which prevail over any other purchasing conditions.
The Buyer declares having read the GTC and accepted them in full and without reservation.
The GTC are accessible at any time on the Website and shall prevail over any other version or contradictory document.
Danliss reserves the right to modify all or part of its GTC at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the Website on the date the order is placed.
The invalidity of one clause shall not affect the validity of the others.
Failure to invoke a clause at a given time does not constitute a waiver.
- Article 3 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The Products offered for sale are accompanied by a description enabling the Buyer to know their essential characteristics and delivery times.
The Buyer must read each Product description before placing an order.
The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Photographs and visuals are not contractual and do not engage the liability of Danliss.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
- Article 4 – ORDERS
4.1. Placing an order
To place an order, the Buyer may create a customer account or order as a guest.
Steps:
– adding Product(s) to the cart
– validating the cart
– entering delivery details
– choosing delivery method
– choosing payment method and accepting the GTC
– validating payment via secure system
The Buyer can check and correct their order before payment.
Validation implies full acceptance of the GTC.
An order confirmation email is sent after payment validation.
Danliss reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
– payment issue
– suspected fraud
– abnormal quantities
– stock unavailability

4.2. Product availability
Orders are fulfilled within available stock.
If unavailable, the Buyer is informed and refunded.
4.3. Order modification
Once validated, an order cannot be modified.
4.4. Order cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after validation, except for withdrawal rights or force majeure.
- Article 5 – PRICES
Prices are in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.
Shipping costs are added at checkout. - Article 6 – PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full at order confirmation via secure payment methods:
– Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay)
– PayPal
Payments are processed via secure providers (Shopify Payments).
An order is confirmed only after payment validation.
- Article 7 – DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
Danliss is not responsible for incorrect information provided.
Delivery times are those indicated on the Website.
Delivery corresponds to transfer of physical possession to the Buyer.
- Article 8 – RECEIPT
The Buyer must check the Product upon delivery.
Any issue must be reported immediately with proof (photos).
In case of defect or non-conformity, a replacement or refund may be offered.
- Article 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP / RISK
Ownership is transferred after full payment.
Risk is transferred upon delivery to the Buyer. - Article 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened tattoo care products (such as sticks) cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Refunds are processed after inspection.
- Article 11 – NON-CONFORMITY
Claims must be sent within 48 hours of delivery to: contact@danliss.com
Products must be returned in original condition. - Article 12 – LIABILITY – WARRANTIES
Products comply with applicable regulations.
Legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects apply. - Article 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Danliss collects data necessary for order processing (name, address, email, etc.).
Data is used for order management and customer communication.
The Buyer has rights of access, modification, and deletion.

- Article 14 – WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Danliss does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website.
Maintenance or technical issues may occur. - Article 15 – COOKIES
